I am extremely unhappy with the service I received from Paving UK.After an initial failed delivery, I was given a new confirmed delivery date for my paving slabs. Based on this, I rearranged a tradesperson to attend and carry out the work.Unfortunately, the slabs never arrived on the agreed day.As a result, I had to turn my tradesman away, and I still incurred a charge for their time. This was completely avoidable had the delivery been honoured or properly communicated.I contacted Paving UK via email to resolve the issue, but I received no response whatsoever.Very disappointing experience overall — poor communication, unreliable delivery, and a lack of customer service. I would not recommend.
