Placed 1st time order and paid 17 May. Had to chase delivery twice then 1st courier wouldn't deliver as tiles badly packed. Tried 35 times to get through to arrange redelivery goes to queue system then says we are busy call back later. When I did get through was promised call backs but they didn't happen. Wouldn't answer emails either. 2nd courier arrived without notice but would not offload as he did not have means to lift off 90sqm of tiles on pallets!! The driver tried to claim we refused but CCTV is evidence they lied. Now been waiting 7 days for a refund and they still won't answer the phone! AVOID if you don't want to be disappointed.
