Samples arrived quickly but when I tired to place a custom order (split packs) the customer service was shocking. I emailed Monday asking for help, by Thursday I hadn't heard anything so I rang up first thing and spoke to Sarah and explained I really needed to get an order in fast as I'm ready to receive delivery. (Our groundwork was waiting for the paving) She said I couldn't pay over the phone but she would send me a quote that afternoon. The quote never came. Got to the following Monday afternoon and still hadn't heard anything. I don't understand how it's so hard to place an order over email or phone. I was ready to pay and receive delivery. I ended up going to another company who stocked the same products who was fast to reply to my emails and very helpful allowing me to order. I gave up trying to place my order with this company so they lost out on a 3grand order.
