I spent $70 on this service for virtually no results! They created a lost poster that a child could have designed with the photo I provided. They sent me a few images from shelters that matched my pet's description, but since that initial contact, they've done nothing except attempt to charge me extra fees. They promised to widely share my cat's picture on social media, but I've just learned they want an additional $100 to do that. Desperation can lead to unwise choices, and this was one of them. I find the platform to be ineffective and feel disappointed by their practices.
