I was approached by pawjourr themselves which made the process a lot simpler and convenient. I liked that!! The products were also delivered to me quickly though the 1st product I got was late for a few hours and I had to rush home for that. Other than that, it was all smooth and there were constant support. Pawjourr would sometimes repost certain story or post that they were tagged in. So far, all is well and I enjoy the process.
