Anne and her shop PawPaws doesn't disappoint in quality of materials and customer service. She will work with you one-on-one for a custom design if the ready-made designs in her shop are not appealing to you. If I had to suggest anything for my personal taste, it would be adding more patterns that differ from each other and added annually at the very least to keep the inventory fresh and offering webbing choices. Beyond that (a personal preference), this shop doesn't deserve anything less than a 5-star review. We travel over an hour to get our collars and leashes made with Anne.
