I used this DNA lab in the past for my dogs health testing and thought their service was great. Haven't used them in two years as haven't had a litter since then. I know have a litter and need testing done so looked at the PawPrints website and it says right on it that they do RUSH testing. I spent $200 Canadian and drive two 2 hour round trips to their lab in Edmonton, AB, once to pick up swab kits and then once again to deliver the samples back on the next business day. And now it appears I will not have my test results back in any sort of timely fashion as they say they no longer do RUSH orders. But apparently can't be bothered to update their website OR call you back with answers to your questions after promising to call you back. Service has deteriorated so much. Spoke to a "Supervisor" who sounded so bored and uncaring and whose only solution was "I can cancel your order and put a credit on your account". Like that is supposed to help me how? I am so angry about being deceived by Paw Prints and will never use them again after this experience. I should have checked their FB page before using them as there are people on there also complaining about the service and results taking weeks and weeks longer than the "14 days" promised on their website. And also complaints about Customer service not getting back to them. Suffice it to say, that they don't appear to care at all that their service is now abysmal.
