I received a pawsafe harness that I sent supposed to stop pulling etc, etc. what I sent has done is traumatise my dog after one use as I had to pull it over his face and ears and then it was even worse pulling it off. Trying to use it the second time when he saw it he ran away. I received an email that ignored the substance of my complaint and the page for refunds isn’t working. Should have option for zero stars.
