I'm writing this to let you know that I was shocked to see on my bank account that I was debited for something that was not expected. Thus I contacted Pawsglam on their website chat link and exact what happened. To my surprise, I got an email from them stating that they have reviewed the case and they are going to reimburse me.
In this day and age it was tje last thing I expected.
