Would avoid using this absolute sham of a company. I placed an order very early on a Friday morning and when I placed order I got the usual order confirmation email and opted into receiving updates via text message and email moving forward. It stated express shipping 2-8 days but did not give me any choice on delivery itself. On the Monday I emailed to enquire about any updates so I could arrange for someone to be home to take delivery and was emailed back stating that they had contacted their designated courier and the order is already on its way to me and this is where the massive problems began. I emailed back asking for the courier name and a tracking number so again I could arrange a suitable date for delivery. They replied saying it’s with their courier and would be with me in 1-2 days. I asked again for a tracking number and courier name but no response so I asked to cancel the order and be refunded in full and got a response on the Tuesday again stating it’s with the courier and is out for delivery but no name and or tracking number. This continued into Wednesday where they just kept up the generic responses and by this point I had asked to cancel the entire order atleast 5 times but each and every time I got the response it is with our courier but no cancellation acknowledgment. By Thursday I was getting very angry but even after my repeated cancellation requests they sent me tracking numbers for Royal Mail one created on the Wednesday and the second created on the Thursday meaning they lied about the items being out for delivery in the first place and then came the it takes 5 working days to create orders more lies kept coming but again no cancellation requests listened to. This went on and on until the Saturday and by this point 8 days after the initial order where they stopped responding entirely but still continued to send the order. I emailed them 6 times over that weekend to cancel order but everyone was ignored. The harness I preferred came today and was supposed to be an extra large. It was so small it was put through my letterbox meaning I could not refuse delivery and would barely fit a Yorkshire terrier never mind a very large husky. The quality of it is nothing short of shocking the stitching is poor at best the straps came loose with the slightest pull the Velcro is cheap and nasty looking and the over all harness would not support a large dog pulling probably not even a small dog at that. AVOID THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY AT ALL COSTS I’m down £111 and by the looks of things even though I paid via clearpay I will need to take this well beyond both company’s as pawsleep won’t respond and clearpay won’t do a thing. Iv never experienced such nasty poor customer service and intend on taking this as far as needed to get my money back They always always reply to emails between 1-4am and how they speak tells me this is not a uk based company as they like to state Not worth the money. Not worth the time. Not worth the hassle.
