Payabl supports illegal transactions such as illegal gambling. They claim to be clean, but in my case I have proof that they are involved. Out of two transactions, they refunded only one, and then told me they would not respond to any further emails.My question is: if they are truly clean, why did they refund only one transaction? Both transactions were of the same nature.In any case, you should check what FinTelegram says about them before entering into any cooperation.
