Company lied and said they would build a decentralized exchange (DEX) on Sonic blockchain, instead I got a centralized exchange and "decentralized wallet" A wallet is not a DEX. They made it hard to get a refund. The lied again and said I would get a refund in days after a live meeting (wasting my time) and a whole week went by. I have zero tolerance for scams and bad customer service. I don't trust centralized exchanges or their sales teams. They may do massive rugpull on investors someday, leveraging everyone's growth so they don't have to market, they put you to market your own exchange and then, poof, one day all is lost and you take the blame. No thank you.
