I requested a self-exclusion from PayByMobileSlots (Jumpman Gaming Ltd) in mid-April 2025 after recognising my gambling had become harmful. Despite FIVE urgent follow-up emails clearly asking for my account to be closed, they allowed me to keep depositing for over 10 WEEKS - totaling more than five thousand pounds - and only actioned the exclusion after my entire balance was lost.I was repeatedly blocked from withdrawing anything over £500 despite my account and payment method being verified. Their system only allowed one withdrawal per day, and on one occasion stopped me altogether, leaving my balance trapped.My emails asking for help were ignored, even though I had over £6,000 in my account at one point. I eventually lost the full amount - and then, suddenly, the self-exclusion I’d begged them to process was applied.To make it worse, they now demand documents and KYC checks after they’ve wiped my balance and won’t give me access to the account.I’ve just filed complaints/reports to UKGC, the ICO, Action Fraud, and Met Police's economic crime unit.This is not a safe or responsible operator. Their practices are predatory and criminal. Their support is non-existent, and their licensing should be seriously srtripped from them.
