Awful experience using the service! As an ex-employee, I had to change my email in the console, but the confirmation links to nowhere, just a blank page. Many buttons on the website are non-responsive (such as "new request", "help centre" etc.). The help centre itself is just a list of articles explaining how the website _should_ work, but not how it actually works. No contact support button is there.
