PayFit has been a welcome addition helping our business scale from 60 - 250 employees. The UX and app capability has developed in the 2 years that we have been using the platform and I'm confident that the development will continue, having been in multiple customer development feedback calls and seeing changes as a result. The reason I haven't given 5* is due to a few further developments I'd really like to see to improve the payroll operations; technical issues we have encountered (although were dealt with well by PayFit); and a pension submission delay, but all in all, a great platform, timely support and a committed Customer Success Manager who I can turn to with any questions.
