We moved to using payfit for our payroll just over a year ago and it's the best software decision I've made for a long time. Support requests (when I'm not sure how to do something) are answered within a couple of hours. The software is constantly improving and they listen to feedback, for example I once commented on an excel report getting the same name when downloaded for different months and a week later the report names included the date they related too. I've never experienced that attention to detail from a software supplier. I've seen other small tweaks that I'm sure must have come from other customers comments.Finally, during Covid they reacted quickly to new rules and went above and beyond to make sure our payroll would run on time. It was during this time I discovered I'd been recording holiday the wrong way in the app, which meant the pay totals were wrong for furlough.
