He endlessly and tirelessly worked with me to identify and fix MULTIPLE problems, which took WEEKS to do. He was patient and explained things clearly and simply, even though my knowledge of tech is limited. He relentlessly worked until everything was working smoothly AND he even gave me additional options on how to improve certain processes with other PayJunction services.
