I’ve been going back and forth with your escalations team about my account being compromised. Yet, they are so incompetent and up until today, they can’t give me a resolution. I have reported it since July 1st but “Alta” from your escalations team only keeps on sending me rephrased e-mail template. I need my money back or else BSP will be involved with this issue. If I won’t hear back any resolution from you guys, I will file a legal complaint!
