I hate writing negative reviews, and in fact, this may be my first, but I have got to say something! I agree with a lot of people on here already and that is:PAYMAYA HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!! BY FAR!!!I needed one simple thing done. My phone number changed so I needed to change the number registered to my account. So simple right?! Should be, but you would be WRONG for these guys!!I have been trying to get this done for over 3 months and probably 50 emails messages. I do everything they tell me, I submit my passport and the appropriate form(s) and then...1) They just STOP RESPONDING altogether!!-OR-2) They come up with an additional task (like take a picture holding your passport), which I do! Or give me a ridiculous reason why they can't help me... THEN THEY STOP RESPONDING ALTOGETHER!!I mean COME ON?! To me, the customer, it feels like their goal is to do whatever is in their power to NOT HELP you!!! Honestly, it feels like they don't care about their customers.I've created so many tickets, I know they are going to ask for a previous case number so I purposely let them know my case number right away... and they STILL ASK FOR MY CASE NUMBER! Like they didn't even bother to read the email! It's in BOLD, Large font, Highlighted in the middle of the email… you can't miss it! I mean, it's insane!I am not exaggerating when I say again, this is the WORST Customer Service I have ever received in my entire life!! I wish I could show you a screen shot of all the emails for this one little simple issue to still not get resolved!
