I am reporting a major problem regarding this issue that circulates around the internet and thus experience it myself today. OTP not working in the App then Paymaya will lock the account and the problem goes on and on until not resolved. I seriously waiting until now since May 09, 2022 just to solve the problem and I'm still hanging. Please take your time to read all including attachments in this email below. I have proof that I can receive the OTP as shown below upon sending/transferring fund. OTP received but after entering it to the App, it will not be accepted and error occurs. Do you really have to go this far for only verifying the account of one person? There's really something OFF regarding this matter that can be solved easily like a scheduled video call verification or upon submission of requirements, but they keep DELAYING the problem for some reason and it's obvious that they have the advantage of freezing the accounts. I am only ONE of some people suffering in this kind of process. I am calling higher authorities and Bangko Sentral of the Philippines to investigate and help the citizens from this kind of Company.
