customer service agents with no common sense, probing with dumb questions. two of your agents lied to me in one week-got proof. would sometimes send the wrong copy-paste reply-got proof. inbound agents have no initiative--when they can't provide an answer, you have to think for them on what to do next. chat/email agents are not responding when they don't have an answer. when you don't have an answer, as long as it's a paymaya related concern, FIND ONE. your product is a huge help but the customer service is the WORST, VERY low standard across all LOBs.
