I was informed verbally and I did not read the terms and conditions.The guy who told me, ststed that if I wanted my car to be fixed that same day I had to fill in the form quickly. However, when I filled the form my car was not ready and I was not informed of the 14 days waiver once you had opte for the car to be fixed and there is no going back with it.
I did tell him that I do pay for payment assist since I got my car. so I have signed up again whilst my car was supposed to be free if I had taken to the appropriate garage.
