I would highly recommend staying away from Pathos. Here’s how they scammed me:cold emailed me about their serviceswe set up a call, they offer three major Canadian publications (which is what I want) globe and mail, Toronto star, the national. they ask for a credit card for a $1 charge (just to have on file). they make some aweful story about my business. Seems AI generated. on the last call, they flip the script and say we are publishing you in some random US investment paper (which I don’t want or care for). I say “no”. They say “ok”one month later then leave a voicemail “we are charging your card for publishing in US investment publisher”can’t call them, won’t reply to emails, charged me $4k, didn’t deliver. I can’t tell if they are a very sophisticated scam or just so incredibly incompetent to follow through on what they promised. Either way, had to dispute the charge. Now dealing with my credit card issuers. Fun times
