Sending threatening emails to me concerning an address I haven’t stayed at for 6+ years. Very alarming. With this information I can definitely conclude they’re not a legitimate trusted company and would recommend people to avoid any contact.

I found Jordon the man who handled my phone call to be exceptionally helpful and extremely understanding of my situation.Through the whole phone call he made me feel at ease and truly comfortable to discuss my circumstances, and as a result, I wouldn’t hesitate in speaking to him/Resolve again, as I honestly felt he couldn’t have helped me more if he tried.
Jordan helped me so much as I had a lady called gemma come to my door saying I owe so much now I never had an account with the people they r saying do I got on the phone to Jordan and he was loverly calmed me down listen to what I had to say and resolved this with me sending a few pics to email and he got it resolved for me
Someone wearing balaclava, saying they’re from this company turned up at my address looking for someone who doesn’t live here.
I called the phone number provided on the website to ask that no one comes again, but was told nothing is coming up with my postcode.
Very dodgy!!!
