Great service from start to finish. A rep came round on 16/01/26 and he measured my stairs, landing and hallway, showed me the samples and I chose what I wanted! The next day, I got a call from the office to book in my fitting for exactly a month's time. The fitting fee (£120) seemed a bit excessive as I usually pay anywhere between £60-70 for fitting, but I'm assuming it's because it was stairs? Anyhow, I'm pleased with my new carpet, the lads who fitted it were very friendly and had the job done in no time! I wouldn't hesitate to use Pay Smart Carpets again if I need anymore flooring fitted in the future. Thank you!
