Purchased Carpet from this company many times and been happy with the service .. until I purchased laminate floor.
Laminate floor laid through downstairs(hall, living room and dining room) but decided to go for Lino where kitchen meets dining room as open plan. On the day of fitting after it had been complete I noticed the floor bounced in one area of the room and was assured it would settle and if it caused any issues they would return immediately and correct it. Fast forward a few months and all the beading is starting to come loose around every room and the flooring where it meets the kitchen has started to bubble as the flooring strip was not stuck down enough and raising. I’ve reported this and been told the fitter pointed out the bounce in the floor would cause issues later on as my floors were uneven..: pure lies .. and this is reason for beading falling off in every room!! So somehow that affected the hallway aswell ?? As for the bubble it’s obvious the floor strip separating the kitchen and dining room was not stuck down correctly and has allowed some moisture underneath .. Reported all this as still well within warranty literally started few months in .. and was advised I would need to pay to have it fixed. I’ve made official complaint and requested information regarding there complaints procedure and been blanked .. yet they still take the payment. Honestly the flooring is cheaper elsewhere try and save to buy instead. I’ve read a few other comments regarding the laminate floor now and wish I hadn’t purchased from them as it was a lot of money I would have expected better service from them. There was a separate issue also with the mess that was left on front door step, all through our house and in back. I had to pay someone to remove rubbish left behind. My previous flooring lasted 10yrs plus this is not even a yr in and it needs repairs .. not good at all.
