So, I joined payswell just in January, it’s now the end of February i have successfully cashed out once. I had a little trouble with the option button to cash out, and contacted the support team, and they had the issue fixed the next day. So 10/10 for support. But it took me a good 3 weeks to be able to cash out there’s a $25 dollar minimum to cash out, that’s a lot because you get disqualified more often than not, and the surveys are way to long. So it can be very frustrating it would be less frustrating if there was only a minimum of like $10 dollars, because even with disqualifications you could make that a little quicker. So surveys need to be shorter, or less disqualifications, or a lower minimum needed to cash out. Because it’s a good site, it’s simple and easy to use. But improvements definitely need to be made.
