I was told the fitter was coming today I waited in all day I even phoned the office and said is he definitely coming today as I had something important to do I was told yes he is I waiting until 7 o’clock at night and still no show from him I messaged his phone and also rang it but I was completely ignored it’s a shame really how I stayed in waiting all day for nothing I paid the £50 up front for nothing shambles’s lol underneath it says false advert but believe me I’m not lying I phoned the next day and was told he didn’t have the flooring that’s why he didn’t come but thanks for letting me know that ,,, iv been told to wait until the 14th now iv disconnected my cooker and everything so I won’t be able to cook now either until than ,,,,, this is not false it’s true ,,, another update on this I was told the 14th it’s the 14th today I never received a message from the fitter last night , so I assumed he was still coming because I was told by the office he definitely was I took another day off from doing what I was doing to wait in than I received a message from the fitter this morning at 9 10 saying he won’t make it today has to be tomorrow ,omg this is laughable now what a joke of a company I lost out another day today because I got someone to cover me last night all I can say is the frustration is hit me extremely bad I cannot believe they can treat people like this I won’t ever ever be going here again it’s awful and the woman on the phone speaks to me with attitude I never swore once and I kept polite but still I was made to feel it was my fault I asked to speak to the manager she huffed and puffed and said the manager is not in today , let’s see if the fitter arrives tomorrow as this would mean another day off for nothing will see , I know this may sound silly but I’m going to speak to my solicitor if the flooring don’t get fit tomorrow there’s nothing else I can do apart from someone higher speaking for me as I don’t seem to be listened too this is not a false advertisement it’s true
