Received confirmation from TMS that they’d been successful in a claim against Aqua and that the lender will refund me directly. They also advised that their fee would be 45%. (Fee structure on website states 36%) I haven’t received the refund as yet but have been hounded by TMS for their fee. Called and spoke to a lady who advised that my file notes were confusing and put me on hold to speak to a manager. Came back to me a while later and said they weren’t able to understand what was happening from the notes and would call me back. No call back and today I receive an email threatening additional admin fees if not paid within 5 days. Line is constantly engaged so I’m not able to speak with anyone!
