I would prefer not give any star.The lack of communication and delayed response(s) end up in a bad customer experience. The delivery was made to a wrong address without any information to the end customer. I managed to sort out the parcel myself after an effort of 2 hours having a lot of fuss this morning.Won't prefer to use this service next time.
