Got the package, got it broken. Got a replacement, broken as well. Got a full refund after that because we agreed the delivery agency was not able to deliver the package in-tact.The customer care was exceptional, it just took a while because we had to wait for the package to arrive, and be checked.They even did a couple of things to speed up the process of having the second package as soon as possible without me asking for it, it took 2 months and a half from the first order to the end, but we tried everything together. May I just suggest to not allow the order of TVs over a certain size if not at least on the same country?
