Ordered a lot of equipment from them, but don't have a single item yet. My card was refused, not a problem, I used bank tranfer and paid the same day as the order. The payment cleared on their account the same day too (confirmed by my bank who has even done a payment trace).This was 5 days ago, I started asking if they see it or not and can mark my order as paid 4 days ago, some days 2 times. They always say that will get back to me as it has to go to another department, but they don't. It's getting to silly levels now.Every time same question, have you put your invoice number with the payment? Yes.In could give them more time but I was counting on the delivery dates they promised in the order. As they state they could cancel your order if in unpaid status for 4 days I asked Marcel H on WhatsApp support if he could guarantee that they wouldn't, as this is not my fault. The answer was no.The site is great for what they have available but if you don't need them, stay away. Customer support is dreadful.
