I ordered the raser gold $50 card for my client. When he tried to activate the card it had zero dollars. I made contact with support @PCGames and never even received a response. It is okay to make sales but there should be a resolution in a timely manner. I now have to refund my client since pc games isn’t even acknowledging my email to replace the card.
I bought three gift cards, including a $50 card for one platform and a $50 card for another. Immediately, I encountered problems. I couldn't add the card for the first platform to my account; it stated that the card had already been redeemed, which makes no sense since I purchased it myself. I'm not trying to take something from myself. Please assist me with this issue as soon as possible.
