Ever since I wrote a review on the way that the customer service dept had been handling my concerns my game play within the app has suffered. They say the problem is with my phone but it is not the problem. The problem is that I shouldn't have written the review against a company that could squash me like a bug if need be. Well, do you know what? Bring it on. I hadn't planned to live forever. What I said about you the first time was correct. The app sucks and is designed in a way to make sure that you don't want to stop playing. The more you play, the more PCH advertisers have to pay PCH. I'm 59, white male and I do have a record I'm not very proud of. An example of the b s is that I had to reset my password to enter my account and 3 times I tried to change it the app would not let me but it did allow me access to play some games and when I tried to leave that page a malware ad popped up on my screen. It's been doing it since my 1st review. PCH says that you can enter their drawings for free. Get tokens (I have 127,000,000 VIP elite status)and redeem them for more chances to win. Well folks, that's wrong and I know it. The problem is that I can't prove it. I'm not that computer savy, but Blaine at PCH is. He's so smart... He told me how to fix my problem even before I got the chance to tell him what it was. Either a genius or a dumbass. I haven't decided yet. But in this case I already know who the dumbass is... Me, I'll probably regret every word. I do so now even as I type them but I'm not going to let that stop me from maybe keeping a bunch of people from wasting their time by playing in the pch app... Which is a waste of time.
