I had to call Customer Service. I waited on hold 5 - 10 minutes, then the gal was having technical problems with her computer and I need up on hold again for 10 minutes when she transferred me to someone else. I did get my problem solved, finally, for a product i did not want, returned, but got billed for. I wanted to o their survey at the end of my call, but got dropped.They overcharge for their products and shipping (YIKES on their shipping charges!). Some of their products look nice, but others look cheap.How do you find how to call Customer Service? It's hard to find, same with cancelling orders and returning them.
