I just had a PCH employee with customer service hang up on me. I spent 20 minutes with him and I repeatedly told him I wanted to talk with a supervisor. This is the 3rd time I have called in 5 days. I keep getting someone else’s orders and being charged for them. I had one employee say to me that I just forgot I had ordered those items!!! My orders are going to someone else. And they can’t acknowledge their mistake. I won’t be ordering anything from them again.
