This is my first time "dealing" with this outfit, "PCH". I wish I had read these reviews before I got involved with these people. And I'm being kind when I call them "people". Everything was going great for weeks. Every single purchase I made was paid in full. But suddenly I began receiving questionable charges...double billing, charges for orders I DID NOT MAKE and so on!!! I am currently investigating and hired a lawyer. I will get to the bottom of their devious manipulations of a person's account in order to EXTRACT more funds from unsuspecting purchasers. I have written TWO(2) letters coping each of the following three entities : PCH Executive VP Debra Holland, Customer Service Manager Emily Johnson and Dept. 300, on December 19 and December 28, 2019. NOBODY FROM PCH HAS CONTACTED ME WITH A RESPONSE. I even provided my e-mail address and phone number and....silence. No reaching out to find out what the problem is, etc. Not what you would expect from ANY company, especially one that deals directly with people. THIS ORGANIZATION IS SO "OUT OF TOUCH", I FEEL SORRY FOR THEM. The Customer Service people you talk to, over the telephone, are very friendly and courteous...nothing like their upper management. All I can say is God help them, for they know not what they do!!
