They gave me $5.00 back. I stated my disappointment upon canceling all future orders, removing me from their mailing list, and stated I became a VIP this year. Hopefully, my actions will send the corporation a message. That you shouldn't shaft the public consumers. They even tried charging me for items NOT RECEIVED.
