Title: Unsafe advice and no real supportI ordered two SPRK 3 cartridges directly from PCKT and both arrived defective the same day I got them. The metal mouthpiece insert with the rubber seal popped out of the ceramic top with almost no pressure and could not be seated back in safely. When I contacted support, they told me to “put some glue on the ceramic mouth piece part” and try to use it like that instead of offering a refund or replacement.I’m not going to glue a part that goes in my mouth and heats cannabis oil. After I pushed back and explained why that was unsafe and that the carts were unusable out of the box, support stopped responding entirely. I will probably end up having to dispute the charge with my bank because I paid for products that were defective on arrival and never made right.The hardware looks nice but feels like cheap junk in practice, and the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. I won’t buy from PCKT again and would not recommend their cartridges or their support.
