I ordered a PCKT Two and upon receiving it charged it to full (green light). However, the only button on the item did not activate to change settings or activate a cartridge. I sent an email detailing my issue to customer service. The first of said literally "did you try another cart" - no Hello, no contact info, or general information usually included in a company communication. I proceeded to send 5 more emails - received one response, and was essentially ignored. They asked me to send back the product to they could start a warranty process. I said no, as this was a new product and I want a refund or a new item shipped. It's been 48 hours since my last ignored email and I sent them note letting them know I'd be disputing the charge with my credit card company using the lack of email responses as evidence. Overall appalling means of communication with a customer.
