I had my Pckt Two for less than six months. It stopped vibrating and wouldn't auto draw anymore. I wrote customer service regarding the situation and I was told to send it in. They received the vape on September 11th. It is now almost a month later and no word from customer service regarding the warranty or the item I sent in. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will make sure to create social media reviews regarding this experience. I've written then through email, Instagram, Facebook and more. Still no response.
