Customer service is terrible. I have been trying to get my purchase that I ordered on September 12. It is now October 4. Can’t get anybody to email me back. Can’t find a phone number ,the payments already come out of my account. This is my third time ordering, and possibly my last.Kind of like the carts. They have a few issues though the battery pack is useless the cartridges work better on my vape mod than the battery I got from y’all. I doubt the battery issue might correct what problem I was having with the cartridges leaking. Thought it might been a heat issue not able to tell because the battery is not worth the price, I have to be in the cartridge around to get it to make contact or just sits there and vibrates electrically when you pay good money for a product you expect it to be right
