After purchasing 3 tickets on one Delta a rep called me and told me that the airline only has 2 tickets so they “booked” me for a new flight leaving the following day with Southwest. SNAG #1 Everything seemed fine was able to check in and get boarding passes until getting through TSA until my boarding pass was declined because of the wrong DOB. I confirmed with PCM all 3 DOB and they’re correct so apparently PCM keyed it in wrong. Got it corrected at the ticket booth. SNAG #2Get all 3 boarding passes, and on line to board and none of our boarding passes work. Found out that I didn’t have a reserved after all! SNAG #3Now we have to sit at the airport and wait for a new reservation, and a new flight time.
