THE best customer service/comms I've ever experienced, hands down, no question. Despite having to return the CPU (think my motherboard may be faulty or the CPU may be too 'new' and need a updated BIOS beforehand), I would not hesitate to order from this genuine guy again. Upon raising a query, I had immediate comms with advice and then subsequent offer of either a replacement or refund. I chose the latter, a return label was issued, CPU sent back, refund received same day of receipt. Couldnt ask for more :)
