I had ordered the phone from pdaplaza.ca on july 24 2022 and had received it on September 2nd. I started using the phone and quickly discovered that it fails to maintain proper reception signal. My carrier is Fido and where I live none of my previous phones had a problem with that. I compared pda's sony phone back to back with my old Samsung and it was having worse reception everywhere. So I requested a refund. On September 9th their employee Milan emailed me that the refund requested and will take 10-14 days to proceed. Over 20 business days later I still had no refund posted on my account. I sent him an email again, he said that he was going to request it again with his account manager. I'm pretty sure this company us a one man show but Milan was trying to make it seem like there's more than one person involved probably to justify the delays. So on October 17th after I sent him an email saying that I need my refund ASAP or I'm getting my bank involved he refunded me right away but 96,**$ short because they excluded the shipping and restocking fees?!....Are you serious....after I was so patient with you....and don't you guys get attracted by their discount deals because there are no deals. They post the cheaper prices every month. I will stay away from them in future and recommend everyone to do the same! You'll be better off with big well known companies than with these scamers.P.S. The fact that the restocking fee and shipping were going to be deducted wasn't specified anywhere.Just for your information fido uses Rogers network and coverage is equal...the reception quality doesn't depend on how much you pay between these two. You probably having difficulties understanding English but as I said I've been with the same carrier for almost 10 years and I had 5 phones before and non of them struggled with connection where I live. You should make sure the models you're trying to sell here in Canada work appropriately with Canadian carriers. As for time frames to do the refund you failed once again, first(as I stated before) you were late with the refund for the phone, I had to remind you 2 time. Second you also held my money for the phone case way longer than 10-14 days, I had to remind that as well....so please follow at least your own policy and don't lie about simple facts.
