SCAMMERS!!!They make it appear as if you’re only paying $0.50 for their service, but three days later they hit your card with a $50 charge for a so‑called “monthly subscription.” The company does not make it clear upfront that you will be charged $49.50 after the “promotional period.”I did receive an email confirming my $0.50 payment, but after being charged the $50, I went back and checked the same email. Hidden in tiny, faint gray text was a line mentioning a promotional period and the upcoming $49.50 charge. It was clearly designed to be overlooked.I contacted support immediately and was told they have a no‑refund policy. They showed zero concern and clearly operate by taking people’s money as quickly as possible before they get shut down. Stay far away.For anyone else dealing with this, I am currently disputing the charge with my credit union. That may be your only real option to get your money back.On top of everything, the website is extremely confusing. It took me around 15 minutes just to figure out how to cancel the subscription so I wouldn’t get charged again.
