After confirming the details, my email was automatically enrolled in the subscription, and I was charged 20 USD after 3 days without my consent.When I reached out to customer support for a refund, I received only automated responses, none of which addressed my issue. The lack of clear instructions and the poor response from customer service left me frustrated, and I am still waiting for a resolution.
