I had trouble loading the software and when customer service helped, they upsold me to a one-time subscription which made sense at the time. They also tried to sell me other software which I declined. They promised that the yearly charge would be reversed, it has not been reversed, and the program has stopped working after five days. So, it is worthless to me. Customer support is impossible to reach as they are based in England. None of the telephone numbers work and the email addresses tend to go nowhere. I cannot recommend them and am trying to get my money back. So, I just got an auto generated reply to my review that is the same auto generated reply that I got 8 days ago. Which, I might add was never followed through on. They said they would get back to me in 24 hours, but it may take 2 days due to a large volume. This was the same reply I originally received, and this company is just jerking me around. My next step will be to file a complaint in Delaware with the Consumer Fraud division of that state. Once again, I am exercising the supposed 30-day money back guarantee and I want a full refund.
