I purchased on December 29, and instead of charging 39.95, they overcharged 179.95. I immediately requested a cancellation and received an automated message. It is now January 15, and after twenty emails and two attempted phone calls, I still do not have a resolution. Out of the twenty emails, one was not an auto-reply saying they're reviewing my claim, and that was from a rep explaining the billing amount. Again, I asked to cancel. I wouldn't recommend this company. Seems like a scam, and they are not responsive.
