They're just crooks. Their actions have absolutely ruined me today...same story as everyone else, paid to convert one doc...took 46£ subscription...now cancelled, so it says, but not convinced...I got straight on to credit card co to try and stop it. Too late. Absolute crooks...can't believe they get away with this...
